Movement
One of the bases of my work is the human element and the potential that the body can achieve.
Part of my work has consisted in capturing the demands they put on the dancers of such acclaimed ballet companies as; Malandain Ballet Biarritz, The Monte Carlo Ballet, The Göteborg Opera Ballet, among others. Young dancers who explore the limits of their body.
Dancers of classical ballet and contemporary dance, having as a connection link the illusion to create, move and friendship, have opened my eyes to the relationship that these two disciplines have with Parkour / ADD practitioners. Classical ballet and contemporary dance have always been enclosed in a closed place, although I have represented them outside and with this I make them closer to Parkour practitioners with whom they share ''acrobatics'' and are differentiated by their ecosystems. Theaters and the urban environment.
Urban ecosystem that is opposed to the natural ecosystem where, in this case, the acrobat is the climber. All having in common walking on the edge of the wave playing with balance.
I think it is very important to get involved and try to get to know what I am going to photograph.
I started taking ballet classes in May 2018 and so far it has given me more knowledge and the ability to put myself in the skin of the dancers.
